Ingredients

  • 1 packet gnocchi, homemade or frozen goods
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 8 large sage leaves, cut into fine strips
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water as instructed.
  2. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the sage leaves, cut into thin strips.
  3. Drain the gnocchi, toss in the hot butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
