Goat Cheese Sandwiches

This goat cheese paste can be used for making sandwiches, and also as an addition to pasta.

Ingredients

  • Goat cheese – 180 g
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Pesto sauce
  • Green onions (chopped) optional

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the cheese with a fork.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add pesto sauce. Cover with a tight lid or cling film, refrigerate, store no more than 24 hours.
  3. Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Spread on bread, sprinkle with green onions.
