  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 220 degrees.
  2. Brush the ciabatta slices generously with fresh goat cheese. Roast on the oven shelf for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Cut the apple into wedges. Put butter in a saucepan and melt, add apple wedges and sauté briefly. Add sugar and continue steaming apples until they are caramelized golden brown. Put on top of the goat cheese.
  4. Simply as a starter or with lamb`s lettuce and balsamic dressing.
