Ingredients

  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 1 packet basil, (frozen)
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic clove very finely. Mix the Gorgonzola, Philadelphia, butter, basil and garlic with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Great with baguettes or as a dip for raw food platters.
