Ingredients

  • 200 g Goronzola (dolce)
  • 100 g yourt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, rubbed
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped

Instructions

  1. Crumble the gorgonzola into a bowl. Add the yoghurt and stir until smooth. Stir in thyme, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts and stir in - done.
  3. Tastes great e.g. with white bread, potatoes or simply with carrot sticks for dipping.
