Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (light brown bread)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 8 pear (s), halved, from the tin
  • 4 tablespoon sauce (cumberland sauce)
  • 125 g cheese (Goronzola cheese)
  • 12 walnuts, the kernels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees, toast slices of bread on one side, brush the toasted side with butter, top with ham, put 2 pear halves on each and add 1 tablespoon. Cover the cumberland sauce.
  2. Cut the Gorgonzola into slices and place them in flakes on the toast. Place 3 half walnuts on each toast and bake in the oven on the top shelf for 7-8 minutes.
