Ingredients

  • 350 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Jar pickled cucumber (mustard cucumber)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar or fruit vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • sugar
  • dill
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the Gouda and the cucumber into thin strips of about the same length and mix together. Cut the onion into small cubes and spread over the top.
  2. Mix the cucumber liquid, oil, vinegar and spices into a marinade and drizzle over the salad. Chop the herbs and sprinkle over the salad.
  3. Let it steep and serve it at room temperature. Is very suitable for buffets, or simply serve with fresh bread with butter.
