Ingredients

  • 500 g pork
  • 500 g beef, (e.. cookin)
  • 6 potato (s), (peeled)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 2 cubes broth
  • 1 glass red wine
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Also chop the onions and garlic into small pieces. Heat some oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat in it. Add onions, garlic, tomato paste and paprika powder. After about 3 minutes add the potatoes and deglaze with water and red wine.
  2. Crumble in the stock cubes. Season with Maggi, salt, pepper and sugar. Then simmer on a low flame for about 1.5 hours.
  3. A little tip: it tastes even better when warmed up!
