Ingredients

  • 600 g cod fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 slices rusks
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon broth (instant)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and pat dry, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and place in the casserole dish, lightly greased with margarine.
