Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled flour
  • 250 g wheat flour, (whole wheat flour)
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 55 g wheat bran
  • 10 g sea salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 10 g juice, (aave syrup)
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a dough, then work the dough after stretch and fold.
  2. Let the dough rise in a floured bread pot for about 60 minutes.
  3. After the resting time, the dough is turned onto a baking sheet and baked in the oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 60 to 70 minutes.
