Ingredients

  • 500 g bean kernels, white
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ celeriac
  • 1 leek
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
  • 1 slice / n smoked smoked pork loin
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans overnight.
  2. The next day, put the beans with the water in the pressure cooker and bring to the boil. Skim off the foam after approx. 5 - 10 minutes. Add the peeled and diced potatoes and the finely chopped soup greens. Add the sausages and smoked pork, you can add it whole or cut into cubes, depending on your preference. Finally, sprinkle in a little salt and the vegetable stock powder.
  3. Cook in the pressure cooker for approx. 30 minutes according to the instructions.
  4. The whole family has enjoyed it for 4 generations. And even better on the second day.
