- 1 point baking powder
- 1 kg apples, (best suited Boskop)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 point cake topping, (clear)

- Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
- Beat the butter until foamy, add the eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar, powdered sugar and stir well.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
- Now mix the apples well into the batter.
