Ingredients

  • 0.7 liters schnapps (grain)
  • 200 g rock suar, brown
  • 150 coffee beans, whole

Instructions

  1. Put the coffee beans, sugar and grain (in that order) in a bottle and let it steep for at least 2 weeks. The longer the bottle remains untouched, the more intense it tastes.
  2. Leave the coffee beans in the bottle until it is empty. When the sugar has dissolved, you can enjoy it. Also very tasty over vanilla ice cream.
