- 150 g butter
- 120 g suar
- 50 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 pinch lemon peel
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 bag flaked almonds
- 100 g butter, cold
- 50 grams sugar

- Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in it. Mix 5 tablespoons of warm milk with the crumbled yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Let the pre-dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Add the salt, butter, eggs, sugar and the lemon zest and mix with the flour to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rise again in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the dough on the baking sheet. Use a wooden spoon or your finger to make even holes in the dough. Then put cold flakes of butter in the holes and sprinkle with sugar.
- If you like, you can put sliced almonds on top or mix the sugar with a little cinnamon beforehand.
- E-stove: 175-200 degrees convection: 150-175 degrees baking time 20-25 min.
