Ingredients

  • 750 g minced beef
  • 125 g minced pork
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 ½ m. Large rolls
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, diced bacon, the bun softened in water and squeezed well, the finely chopped onion and the crushed garlic clove to form a dough. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and, if necessary, consolidate with breadcrumbs. Shape the dough into 2 loaves, fry them in a well-greased frying pan (casserole dish) in the preheated oven over medium heat for about 60 minutes.
  2. Potatoes and salad of your choice taste very good with it.
