Ingredients

  • 250 g hazelnuts, round
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon rusks, ground or breadcrumbs
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat 2 whole eggs and the powdered sugar until frothy. Separate 4 eggs. Gradually pull in the 4 egg yolks and finally the other ingredients and the whites of the 4 eggs underneath. Pour into the loaf pan and put in the preheated oven.
  2. Hot air 160 degrees approx. 1.10 hours
  3. Top / bottom heat 170 degrees approx. 1 hour
  4. After cooling, cover with chocolate icing.
  5. It also tastes great if you have 2 tablespoon. Adds rum.
