Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), floury boilin
  • 130 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Fat, for the pan

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them lukewarm and press them through the potato press. Knead the remaining ingredients with the potatoes to form a firm dough. Form noodles about 6 cm long and 1 cm thick and fry them in the pan until they are golden brown. As a variant, you can also knead various herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, paprika, etc.) into the dough. Also tastes great as an accompaniment to applesauce.
  2. Was already my favorite meal at my grandma`s and is an absolute favorite of my son. The dough holds best with old potatoes.
