Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500g flour
- 100 g butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 flavor (Citroback)
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
For covering:
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 400 g desiccated coconut
- 350 g butter, liquid
- 300 g suar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)

- Prepare a yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise well. In the meantime, cook 2 pudding powder according to the instructions and let cool. Mix 400g desiccated coconut with 350g liquid butter, 300g sugar, vanilla sugar and 4 eggs and stir into the pudding. Place the yeast dough on a baking sheet and spread the coconut pudding mixture on top.
- Baking time approx. 30-45 minutes at 180-200 degrees
