- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 180 g butter, melt
- 1 kg rhubarb, cleaned, cut into pieces

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Sift the flour with the baking powder into the eggs and stir in. Stir in the melted butter and pour the batter onto the baking sheet. Spread the rhubarb pieces evenly on the dough. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. When it`s not rhubarb season, my grandma swaps the rhubarb for cherries. That tastes very tasty too.
