Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon flour
- oil
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- salt and pepper
- 3 carrot (s)
- 0.25 ¼ cauliflower
- 3 potato (s), raw
- possibly frozen peas, or 1 kl. Pack frozen vegetables

- Roast the onions in oil, add the flour, stir-fry until the roux is yellow. Pour approx. 1 liter of cold water on top. Beat with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
- Add the stock cubes, salt and pepper and season well to taste. Add the vegetables and potatoes cut into small pieces and cook until everything is done.
