Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the grapes and puree in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the mixture through a sieve or cloth and collect the juice in a saucepan.
  3. The result is 1 liter of liquid, which is then mixed with the sugar and boiled for 5 minutes.
  4. Immediately pour the jelly into jars and close.
