Ingredients
- 2 bell pepper (s), green
- 500 g rapes, seedless
- 250 g sheep`s cheese in brine (mild)
- 5 tablespoon oil, (mild grape seed oil)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white or grape vinegar (should be slightly sweet)
- salt and pepper

- Clean the bell pepper and cut into cubes, halve the grapes, cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and mix everything well.
- Season with a dressing made from grapeseed oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
