Ingredients

  • 150 g rapes, white, preferably seedless
  • 150 g rapes, red, preferably seedless
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 0.5 ½ head radicchio
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 200 g lettuce (mixture youn spinach, beetroot, purslane and lettuce leaves)
  • 3 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • pepper
  • cinnamon
  • Agave syrup, honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dressing from raspberry vinegar, agave syrup, mustard, a little water and oil.
  2. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Roughly chop the walnuts, roast them in a pan without fat and then dust with cinnamon.
  3. Wash the salads and spin dry, chop them bite-sized and arrange on a platter. Spread the grapes and walnuts on top, add a little pepper and drizzle the dressing over it.
