Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruit (s)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 500 ml kombucha

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the grapefruits, pour the juice from the fruit and sugar into a bottle with a wide mouth.
  2. Add the kombucha. There should be about 2 cm of air at the neck of the bottle. Mix.
  3. Cover the bottle with kitchen paper, secure with rubber and leave to ferment for 4 to 7 days depending on the taste you want. Then store in the refrigerator.
