Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, drizzle the apple pieces with lemon or lime juice and stir to keep their beautiful green color. Then put all ingredients in a good blender and puree. Shake the mixer a little from time to time or turn it off and stir with a spatula.
  2. Add mineral water to the desired consistency and mix in as well. If you prefer frozen smoothies, you can also freeze the apples and pineapples after preparation.
  3. The quantities can of course be adjusted to suit your own taste. So if you prefer more apples or another ingredient, you are welcome to go all out.
  4. The ginger goes very well if you like it a little more spicy. For some, a few mint leaves would be a nice option, but you have to like them.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
