Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 1 handful mashed potatoes
  • 150 g cream cheese, also oat cream cheese, dependin on your taste
  • 2 tablespoon chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g jerky meat (Bündnerfleisch) or ham cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. When it boils, take the saucepan off the heat. First stir in mashed potatoes, then cream cheese with a whisk. Heat the soup again, then add the chives and season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the soup in soup plates or as a starter in cups and garnish with the Bündnerfleisch cut into strips and some chives.
  3. If you are really hungry, simply bake a herb baguette with it; the soup is, however, very rich.
