Ingredients

  • 400 g cheese (ray cheese), reasy if possible
  • 2 large onions, white
  • 80 g walnuts
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • Parsley or chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the gray cheese into small cubes, finely chop the onion, halve the walnuts and roughly chop. Salt, pepper, mix with raspberry vinegar and walnut oil and serve sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley or chives.
  2. Fresh farmer`s bread goes best with it.
