  • 1 kg fresh spinach
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon, fat
  • 50 ml condensed milk
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach well and blanch it in salted boiling water, drain, finely chop and set aside.
  2. Dice the onion very finely. Finely dice the bacon and leave it in a pan, add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the spinach and condensed milk, season with the spices and thicken with a little flour.
  3. Potatoes and soft-boiled eggs go well with it.
