  • g 1,000 minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green, diced
  • 1 large onion (s), chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 200 g sheep cheese, crumbled
  • 125 g olives, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat well and fry it until crumbly, sauté the onion and peppers.
  2. Mix all ingredients and layer a baking dish, pour creme fraiche over it.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
