  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 100 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 6 large clove (s) garlic
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • possibly onion (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta cheese into pieces and gradually chop up with the yogurt in a food processor. Add olive oil, basil, garlic cloves and possibly onions and chop everything again, season with salt and pepper!
  2. Long white bread goes very well with it.
