  • 1 small flat bread (s), alternatively toast
  • 100 g spinach leaves, fresher
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • garlic
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Quarter the tomatoes, cut the feta into small pieces.
  2. Clean and wash the spinach leaves and let them collapse in a pan with a little oil. Add tomatoes and cheese and heat everything briefly. Season with garlic and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, toast the flatbread and place on a plate. Place the spinach mixture on top and enjoy.
