Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large carrot (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat (lamb)
  • 1 can tomato (s), happened

  • 3 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice onions, garlic and carrot. Skin 2 tomatoes (scald them with boiling water and then chill them cold) and also cut into cubes.
  2. Now sauté the onion cubes together with the garlic. Add the diced carrots and fry briefly. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the tomato cubes, sauté briefly and add the tomatoes. Season to taste with spices and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, clean the beans, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the butter. Stir in the flour and sweat. The whole thing is extinguished with the milk and simmered for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with seasoning as needed.
  5. Now the casserole dish is filled with: sauce, lasagne sheets, minced meat and beans.
  6. The remaining 2 tomatoes are washed, cut into slices and finally placed on the casserole. Now crumble the feta cheese over it.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 45 minutes and then serve immediately.
