Ingredients

  • 500 g yourt, Greek
  • 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) clove powder
  • 4 tablespoon Metaxa or other cognac
  • 1 splash orange juice
  • 1 orange (s), which the peel, grated
  • 1 tablespoon blossoms (thyme or oregano blossoms), for decoration

Instructions

  1. Poke small balls out of the melon or cut small cubes. Mix the melon with honey, metaxa, cinnamon, clove powder, orange juice and orange peel well. Then put the pieces ice-cold.
  2. Pour some yoghurt into glasses and distribute the melon balls with the resulting juice on top. Place the oregano or thyme blossoms on top as an edible decoration.
  3. Serve the dessert ice cold.
