Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon herb butter

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and garlic cloves very finely. Add to the minced meat together with the eggs. Chop the sheep`s cheese very finely and also add. Season everything with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, marjoram and paprika and mix well. Shape the mixture into approx. 8 dumplings, press flat and fry in a pan for approx. 4 minutes on each side and keep warm.
  2. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into rings and sauté with the herb butter in a pan for 10 minutes. Pour in some water and pour over the steaks. With baguette and red wine.
  3. Tip: I also like a leek vegetable that is served over the mince steaks.
