Greek Potatoes Ingredients

  • Red young potatoes – 900 g
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) – 450 g
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Milk – 0.75 cups
  • Fresh dill (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Green onions (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Fresh oregano – to taste

Greek Potatoes Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water until tender. Then drain. Do not clean!
  2. Mash the potatoes straight in a saucepan with a fork in mashed potatoes, add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Then add cheese and herbs to the potatoes, stir and serve.
