Ingredients

  • some oil, for frying
  • 650 g pork, shredded
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 400 g feta cheese, liht, 30% F.i.Tr.
  • 400 ml water
  • 125 ml Cremefine, for cooking
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 teaspoons oregano
  • 3 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and core the cucumber and cut into cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
  2. Let some oil get hot in a pan, then squeeze the garlic. Add pork strips, fry in them and remove. Briefly sauté the cucumber cubes in the remaining frying fat. Mix the flour with a little water in a cup until smooth, add with the water and the Cremefine. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and the Greek spice into the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes at low heat. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, add the cherry tomatoes and the sliced meat and let it get hot.
  3. Pita bread or flat bread is enough as a side dish.
