  • 1 large onion (s), finely diced
  • 200 g sheep cheese, Greek, diced
  • Salt, plenty
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic, granulated, plentiful
  • 9 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Put all the vegetables and the sheep`s cheese in a bowl. Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and add. Mix well and season with the spices.

  4. You can add 150-250 g finely diced salami or paprika salami, this makes the salad even more spicy.
