  • Herbs, Mediterranean, dried

  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Unroll the puff pastry. Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add egg, herbs, possibly salt and pepper (attention, the cheese is already salty!) And mix everything well.
  2. Spread on the dough sheet, leaving a piece lengthways free to roll up. Brush the free piece with water and roll it up from the filling side. Press the seam well with a fork.
