Ingredients

  • 40 g pistachios or walnuts
  • 6 tablespoon honey, liquid (e.g. acacia honey)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 600 g natural yohurt (10% fat)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the nuts. Roast in a pan without fat. Mix with honey and lemon juice.
  2. Portion the yoghurt on a plate. Spread the nuts on top. Fresh fruit tastes good with it.
