Ingredients

  • 350 g beans, reen
  • 300 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 slices bread (black bread)
  • 10 basil leaves, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the green beans in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and drain.
  2. Fry the bread slices on both sides and rub the garlic clove. Then cut into small cubes. Finely chop the basil, crumble the feta cheese.
  3. Fry the tomatoes in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Make a vinaigrette with the remaining oil, white wine, vinegar and basil.
  5. Pour the vinaigrette over the bread cubes, feta cheese and beans and mix. Put the tomatoes on top.
