Ingredients

  • 1 large can (s) beans (green crushable base)
  • 1 can tuna, with vegetables
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 7 tablespoon vinegar
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, possibly more

Instructions

  1. Put the drained beans, tuna with a vegetable garnish, eggs and green onion and paprika (the last two cut into thin strips) in a bowl. Put the ingredients for the sauce in a second bowl, stir well and season well. Then pour the sauce over the salad.
  2. The salad tastes best when it can sit for several hours.
