Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), small
  • salt
  • 600 g beans (French beans)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 6 leaves sage
  • 50 g almond (s) (flakes)
  • 200 g ham, stron, raw (Black Forest) in thin slices
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. First wash the potatoes thoroughly and then cook them covered in salted water.
  2. Clean and wash the beans. Bring about 500 ml salted water with sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and sage leaves to a boil. Cook the beans for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes and keep them warm. Heat the remaining butter while stirring. Add the almonds and let them brown lightly over medium heat.
  4. Arrange the beans with potatoes and ham on plates. Pour the almond butter over the beans. Garnish with sage and grind with pepper.
  5. A dry Silvaner goes best with this
