Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen, fresh or frozen
  • Savory, fresh or dried
  • 1 can maize, approx. 200 g weight
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (salad oil)
  • Vinegar (apple cider vinegar and / or lemon juice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill, fresh
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans, do not cook too soft with a little savory. Let cool, mix with corn. Thinly slice the spring onions, mix in.
  2. Mix the other ingredients into the salad dressing and mix with the vegetables. Let something go through.
  3. Serve the salad with egg wafers.
  4. Tastes delicious with ciabatta bread as a summer meal (or a starter!)
