Green Chicken Curry Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Water – 125 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Oil – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Green Curry – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Coconut Milk – 375 Milliliters
  • Green Beans – 100 Grams
  • Lime juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Soy sauce – 1
  • Lemon zest – 1 Teaspoon
  • Brown sugar – 2 Teaspoons
  • Cilantro – 7 Pieces (leaves)

Green Chicken Curry Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet, fry the onion and green curry. Fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken and beans and stir. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce.
  5. Add lime juice.
  6. Add sugar, salt. Stir. Add greens at the very end.
  7. Serve with rice.
