- Squeeze the lime juice. Put the cucumber and apples unpeeled in the juice centrifuge and squeeze out. Stir in the lime juice immediately, as the apples tend to discolour.
- Mix everything well and serve immediately.
- If necessary, ice cubes can be added to the glass.
