Instructions

  1. First bring the water to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Put this with the tea bags in a heat-resistant container and pour the boiling water over them. Then the honey is stirred in. Remove the tea bags after 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired strength of the end product. The ginger and tea mixture should now cool down and be stored in the refrigerator. Then add the juice of one lemon.
  2. The iced tea is nice to serve in a glass carafe with 2-3 fresh mint leaves.
  3. The vitamin C in lemon juice is preserved by adding it late to the cold drink.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
