Ingredients

  • 550 ml mineral water, 500- 600 carbonated water
  • 300 g peas, reen, unpeeled, round
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • possibly fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. You can save yourself fat for frying.
  2. Turn on the hotplate, frying pan on it (possibly without fat).
  3. Mix the dry ingredients, pour into the water (more like 600 ml), not the other way around, stir well.
  4. The pan is now so hot that you can turn it down a notch, only fill the pan with enough batter that you can easily turn things over with the spatula.
  5. Please be careful with the heat, otherwise they will be too dark!
