Ingredients

  • 1 packet salmon, frozen
  • 250 g ribbon pasta, reen
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill, dried
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream and sour cream, season and put in a saucepan. Add frozen (!) Salmon and let thaw over a low flame. In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente with a little salt. When the salmon has disintegrated in the sauce (stir every now and then), add seasoning.
  2. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
