Ingredients
- 150 g lettuce, mixed reen (e.. lettuce and frisée)
- 500 g melon (s), (net melon, alternatively honeydew melon)
- 1 scoop mozzarella di Bufala
- 4 stems mint
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- some salt and pepper, more colorful, from the mill

- Mix the lemon juice with honey, salt and pepper. Beat in the olive oil.
- Clean the lettuce, roughly pluck, wash and carefully spin dry. Peel and core the melon and cut into 2 cm pieces. Cut the mozzarella into large pieces. Strip the mint leaves from the stems.
- Mix the lettuce, melon, mozzarella and mint in a bowl and fold in the dressing.
- Goes well with pan-fried or grilled food. Serve with baguette.
