  • 12 shrimp (s)

  • 1 mustard, milder (e.g. Dijon mustard)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 nasturtium leaves
  • 4 nasturtium flowers

Instructions

  1. First wash the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces. Fry the prawns in a pan. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing with oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the salad with the dressing in a bowl and arrange on four plates. Place the fried prawns on top. The cress leaves and flowers are particularly decorative on top.
